MAPEI ULTRACOLOR + FA GROUT BLACK (#93 BLACK) 25LB

Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect Technology – is a non-efflorescence, non-shrink, color uniform, polymer modified, fast setting, ultra premium fine aggregate grout for joints up to 1.5mm wide to 19mm (1/16″ to 3/4″). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt from entering grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI’s High-Hydration Cementitious Technology (HCT) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement-based grouts, such as color unevenness and efflorescence. In addition to offering a higher polymer content, the technology of cementitious hyperhydration results in reduced absorptivity and improved stain resistance compared to standard grade cementitious grouts. Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated with 10% recycled content and meets the ANSI A138.1 specification for GreenSquared certification.
