The Continuous Edge Glass Tile Diamond Blade CPV is Montolit’s flagship product for wet cutting glass tile, glass mosaic, and large sheets of glass up to 1/2 ” thick. Thanks to a special diamond with a very fine grain and the particular mixture that makes up the edge of the diamond, CPV performs excellent cuts and finishes, almost eliminating chipping both on the surface of the tile and on its painted side.

CPV is definitely a super professional tile diamond sheet. Ceramic and glass tile manufacturers are so confident that they suggest using this particular diamond blade to avoid breaking, cracking or chipping during the delicate glass tile cutting phase.

Regarding cutting speed, we can include CPV among the fastest glass tile cutting diamond blades on the market.
When using a glass tile diamond blade, daily operation of reactivating the saw with a grinding stone is essential (see Montolit Art. 395B). We recommend that you revive the blade several times a day if you use it continuously, to avoid its damage.
CPV is available in different diameters from 3937mm to 1378mm.
Remember: generous use of water is essential when using diamond blades to cut glass tiles or glass panels of any thickness.
