Tool Academy is open Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday’s 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tool Academy is open Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM but close on Sunday’s.
Yes, here at Tool Academy we’ve completed thousands of special orders for our customers. Please contact our store for more information.
Upon ordering you will receive shipping and tracking information sent to your respective email you signed up with. You are then able to track your order directly (it may take a few days to update at first).
For further questions you may contract the courier first, before contacting us.
Please verify with the order confirmation and see if any ordered items are on backorder. If no items are on backorder please check with the courier website directly and see if the order has been split up into multiple shipments. Some couriers may do this resulting in packages arriving at different times/dates.
