BLADE FOR GLASS TILES D.250

Montolit’s flagship product for wet cutting glass tiles, glass mosaic, and large glass sheets up to 1/2 ” thick. Thanks to a special diamond with a very fine grain and the particular mixture that makes up the diamond edge, CPV performs excellent cuts and finishes, almost eliminating chips on both the surface of the glass tile and its painted side.

CPV is definitely a super professional crystal diamond blade. Ceramics and glass tile manufacturers are so confident that they suggest using this diamond blade to avoid breaking, cracking or chipping during the delicate glass tile cutting phase.

In terms of cutting speed, we can include CPV among the fastest cutting glass blades on the market.
When using a glass tile diamond blade, daily operation of revitalizing the saw with a grinding stone is essential (see Art. 395B by Montolit). We recommend that you reactivate the blade several times a day if you use it continuously, to avoid damage.
CPV is available in different diameters from 3937mm to 13.780mm.
Reminder: The use of plenty of water is essential when using diamond blades to cut glass tiles or glass panels of any thickness.
